职位描述：
Description Support the design of new sensor products. Work as part of multi function product development team. -Work directly with customer engineers, formulate and drive specifications for sensor design. Ability to interact with application engineers and work on product modifications directly with manufacturing site. -Work with local manufacturing site to facilitate implementations for projects globally. Speculate, conceptualize and work on areas in platform development for new technologies in thermal sensing. -Generate project schedules and maintain them. Lead conception of project; strongly drive design and testing through implementation. -Ability to consider reuse platform designs to execute product modifications and value additions. Qualifications -Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master degree in Engineering or Technology desired. -Must have in depth knowledge of engineering principles to support the physical development of parts and processes. -Experience of working with global R&D groups and external contractors to execute projects. -Must have experience in designing plastic injection molded parts. -Knowledge of manufacturing processes including thermoplastic, LPIM and thermoset molding, metal stamping, packaging, tolerancing and dimensioning required. -Excellent problem solving skills, self-motivation, leadership, and team orientation a must. -Demonstrated proficiency with Pro Engineer (required). -Customer facing experience desired. -Understanding of UL, CE or other regulatory requirements for packaging and labeling desired. -Knowledge of WEEE/RoHS Compliance needs desired. -Should be able to effectively communicate in English and prepare documentation in English. -Ability to travel required. 请将简历发送至：hr_nanjing@honeywell.com
