职位描述:
Title: Customer Service Engineer Education: A Bachelor degree or above.Mandatory fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Location: Jiangsu Province Responsibilities: • responding to customer call-outs; • evaluating and resolving problems; • Take charge for the installation of equipment; • liaising with and working alongside technical sales engineers; • offering customer training; • repairing, testing and maintaining equipment; • maintaining manuals; • providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests; • maintaining relationships with customers; • making recommendations to maintenance technicians; Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering; • - Experience from manufacturing assembly of electrical and hydraulic or mechanical components • Related experience in customer, commissioning technical services with strong people, communication, and organization skills. • Knowledge of our cranes will be seen as an advantage; • - Good skill in spoken and written English. • - You are a hard-working person , you need to work independently and quite often under pressure;
